I write case studies, customer stories, and other B2B content for clients like Alarm.com, Sentara Health, Keolis North America, and Summit Fire Safety. The work usually starts with an interview with a customer, technician, or executive. From there I figure out what actually happened and write it up plainly, connecting the customer’s goals to the results they got. I studied print journalism and started out as a reporter, and I’m comfortable working within a brand’s voice and moving a piece through several rounds of review.
