The challenge
Making ownership make sense
CertifiedEO wanted a course its certified companies could give to managers and ownership ambassadors, the people best placed to shape an ownership culture day to day.
ESOPs are abstract and full of financial concepts that are easy to misunderstand, and learners needed to understand them well enough to explain them to coworkers and act on them. Much of the source material existed as webinars and slide decks built for executives, so it also had to be reworked for a different audience.
my approach
Research to rolling development
Much of the content already lived in about ten slide decks and a set of webinar transcripts, so I used Claude as a research tool to pull what each module needed, then rewrote it for managers.
From there, I built the course on a rolling basis: objectives for module 1, then its storyboard, each approved before moving on. While building module 1 in Rise, I drafted objectives and a storyboard for module 2. The client signed off at every stage, and the project never stalled waiting on feedback.
My approach
Making ownership tangible
I embedded CertifiedEO's wealth calculator in the course, so learners could see how their ESOP value could grow over time.
Then, I created a custom share price calculator from an Excel version the client already had. I built it with Claude in CertifiedEO's colors, fonts, and logo, then tested it thoroughly against the original spreadsheet to make sure the numbers matched.

Video where it has the most impact
Each module includes one video covering the part of the curriculum best suited to video. I wrote the scripts, recorded the voiceovers, and edited them with branded intros, so the videos match the rest of the course.

An engaging course to build ownership culture
One of four videos I created for the course. I wrote the script, created the graphics in Adobe Express, edited it in Camtasia, and recorded the voiceover.
This share price calculator was built using Anthropic’s Claude. I took an existing Excel-based version and had Claude develop an HTML5 version with CertifiedEO’s logo, brand colors, and fonts. I then thoroughly tested it to ensure it was accurate.
